Under the patronage of Professor Dr. Sherif Khater, President of the University, Professor Dr. Mohamed Attia El-Bayoumi, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, Professor Dr. Maha Abdo El-Ashmawy, Dean of the Faculty, and under the leadership of Professor Dr. Ingy Fikry Resha, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, a reception was held for new students on Saturday, September 20, 2025. Introductory and educational seminars were conducted, including a seminar presented by Professor Dr. Hossam Mohamed Ibrahim, Director of Specialized Programs at the Faculty, on the Faculty's distinguished programs and their role in achieving excellence in the field of veterinary medicine.

Professor Dr. Iman Abu El-Fadl presented an introductory seminar on the "New Beginning" initiative for ensuring quality education, offered by the National Authority for Quality Assurance and Accreditation of Education. New students were also introduced to the Student Welfare Department and its various activities through speeches by the Director of Student Welfare and the Student Activities Coordinator. A variety of recreational activities were organized by the Student Union and student families.
