Notes on Faculty

Establishment of the College:
1- Presidential Decree No. (287) of 1994 was issued to establish the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Mansoura University.
Based on:
• Mansoura University Council approval dated 27/2/1992 to establish the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Mansoura University.
• Veterinary Studies Sector Committee approval dated 27/8/1992 to establish the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Mansoura University.
• Supreme Council of Universities approval dated 27/2/1993 to establish the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Mansoura University
2- Ministerial Decree No. (616) was issued dated 16/5/1995 regarding the application of the internal regulations of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Cairo University and the decisions amending them to the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Mansoura University.
3- The study began with the admission of students in the first year in the academic year 1995/1996.
4- Ministerial Resolution No. (17) was issued on 1/8/2003 regarding making some amendments to the internal regulations of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine - Mansoura University.

5- Ministerial Resolution No. (2256) was issued on 12/12/2003 regarding making some amendments to the internal regulations of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine - Mansoura University.

6- Ministerial Resolution No. (2127) was issued on 8/24/2006 regarding making some amendments to the internal regulations of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine - Mansoura University.

7- The college obtained institutional academic accreditation from the National Authority for Quality Assurance and Accreditation of Education in accordance with Resolution No. (192) dated 8/26/2019.
