Strategy Objectives
Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Mansoura University, aims at achieving a set of goals:
1- Upgrading the specifications of the educational programs to prepare qualified graduates to keep and develop livestock and able to compete in the labor market.
2- Supporting and developing an educational and technological environment that stimulates creativity and innovation among students.
3- Developing and training faculty stuff members on the up-to-date teaching methods to enrich the educational environment.
4- Supporting and developing the faculty institutional capacity.
5- Preparing and developing stuff cadres and administrative systems in the faculty.
6- Preparing and developing systems for training, monitoring, and follow-up to develop skills and improve administrative services.
7- Optimizing the use of current resources and working on developing the self-financing sources of faculty and investing them in the development of the faculty.
8- Upgrading post-graduate programs, scientific and applied research studies in line with Egypt’s Vision 2030.
9- Developing the research environment and the skills of faculty stuff members and research assistance in the field of graduate studies and scientific research for the creativity and excellence opportunities in the field of scientific research.
10- Expanding joint research projects and increasing their competence and effectiveness to develop scientific research and improve the institutional ranks locally and globally.
11- Supporting and developing the environmental, economic and community services provided by the institution.
12- Activating the role of centers and special units, marketing their services to the society, and developing the environment.
13- Disseminating the environmental and cultural awareness of the veterinary medicine importance in the community service and environmental development.
14- Heighten the collaborative working efficiency with civil society institutions related to creativity and innovation in solving the problems of the surrounding community.
