On Sunday, December 24, 2023, Prof. Dr. Mohamed Attia Al-Bayoumi, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs at Mansoura University, inspected the performance of students of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine for electronic tests, at the headquarters of the Electronic Testing Center at the Faculty of Engineering.

His Excellency was received by Prof. Dr. Maha Al-Ashmawy, Dean of the College of Veterinary Medicine, Prof. Dr. Engy Fikry, Vice Dean of the College of Veterinary Medicine for Education and Student Affairs, Dr. Sahar Sedqy Qaddah, Vice Dean of the College of Engineering for Education and Student Affairs, and Dr. Noha Heikal, Director of the University’s Electronic Testing Center.
His Excellency explained that the electronic testing system is a system through which the test is held electronically, through the QMANS question bank system.

It is worth noting that the system aims to develop means of evaluation and measurement in a way that achieves fairness and transparency among all students. It also enables the test maker to create the test according to the specifications he specifies. The system allows the creation of a question bank for each course consisting of a set of questions that vary between multiple choice questions, correct questions or False, essay questions. These questions are allocated to different course topics, and the degree of difficulty of the question and the learning outcomes that the question aims to achieve are determined.

The system is one of the electronic systems of Mansoura University, and enables faculty members to track students’ grades more easily and thus access the strengths and weaknesses in students’ achievement of the academic subject and then develop them better.
