The new headquarters of Technology Innovation Commercial Office" (TICO) was opened at the Central Library on Wednesday, December 20, 2017

Under the supervision of Prof. Mohamed Hassan El-Kenawy, President of the University, Prof. Ashraf Abdel Basset, Vice-President of the University for Education and Students, Prof. Ashraf Sweilem, Vice President for Graduate Studies and Research, Prof. Azza Ismail, Director General of Libraries, Dr. Amr Gabr, Director of the Intellectual Property and Patents office (IPP), Dr. Ahmed Fekry, Director of the Grant and International Cooperation Office (GICO), Dr. Lamis Mohamed, Deputy Director of GICO, Dr. Yassier Amr Director of Technology Transfer Office (TTO)

The office includes three offices representing cooperation between the Academy of Scientific Research and Mansoura University: the Grant and International Cooperation Office (GICO), the Intellectual Property and Patents (IPP), the Technology Transfer Office (TTO)

The priorities of the Office are to increase the role of the university in communicating and interacting with industrial societies, companies and to solve the problems of industry and development technology in addition to transferring and adapting the results of researches, studies, inventions and inventions to the industrial sectors.
