The 1st International Conference of "Food Safety and Human Health", organized by the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Mansoura University

in collaboration with Hanover University for Veterinary Medicine, Germany, is held from 16 to 17 April 2018 at Dr. El Mahdy El Basousy Hall, Children's Hospital in the presence of Dr. Mohamed El-Kenawy, President of Mansoura University, Prof. Ashraf Swailam, Vice President for Postgraduate Studies and Research, Prof. Ashraf Abdel Basset, Vice President for Education and Students, Prof. Nabil Abu Haikal, Dean of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Prof. Adel Abd El Khaliq, Head of Food Control Department, and Director of Safety and Health of Food Program, Dr. Abdel Moneim El Mongy, Undersecretary of Veterinary Medicine Directorate, Dakahlia, Dr. Mohamed Gomaa, Captain of Syndicate of Veterinary Medicine, Dakahlia

On the German side: Dr. Roman Lukscheiter, Director of German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD), Prof. Joseph Camfos, President of the Institute of Animal Feeding, Dr. Amer abed Al-Moujod, Professor of Quality and Safety of Food, Dr. Andrea Becker Researcher at the Institute for Quality and Safety of Food.

The conference aims to raise and improve food safety from the beginning of the food chain from farm to table. It will be attended by speakers from different universities and research institutes in Egypt, Arab countries and speakers from Hanover University for Veterinary Medicine, Germany

The conference will discuss 20 research papers in the field of food safety and common diseases. A workshop will be held according to the conference for the first time in Egypt and the Middle East to detect the various methods of cheating of foods of animal.
