In the context of the willingness of College of Veterinary Medicine, Mansoura University, to meet accreditation standards, and as part of change in management strategy for Quality Assurance unit in order to give a boost incentive for faculty members and their assistants and for all interested parties to participate in fulfillment of the accreditation standards , It was decided to hold an important meeting between Prof. Dr. Mohamed Ahmed Ali Youssef, Dean and Prof. Dr. Hani Marei, director of Quality Assurance Unit and Heads of Departments on sunday 29/9/2013 in order to:
1. Define the mechanisms of work during the next phase.
2. Discuss the results of the internal audit report of quality assurance center at Mansoura University
3. Discuss the possibility of formation of an internal committee from the college department heads to provide a gap analysis study between standards adopted and the Regulations of 2006.
4. Activating the mechanisms of accountability to enhance the participation of faculty members and their assistants in the quality assurance work.
5. Appointment of a weekly meeting for the Heads of standards and members of the executive team to fulfill the required quality assurance documents, and to documents good practices at the educational, research, and surrounding environment services levels.
6. Arrange a date for convention of a weekly meeting between faculty members, their assistants, undergraduate students, graduate students, and members of the administrative body to define the mechanisms of action during site visit and to promote the quality culture.
