Mansoura University Council under the chairmanship of Prof. Dr.  Mohammed El-Kenawy, on Wednesday, December 28, 2016 agreed to grant the university  awards for the year 2016 to the distinguished faculties members after screening of scientific production by Committee formed by Graduate Studies and research sector.

The awards were given for four of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine members, for their excellence in scientific research as follows:

The Encouragement Awards:

The award was given to

• Dr. Mayada Mosaad Ahmed - Department of Hygiene, and Zoonoses
• Dr. Eman Zahran Abd El Hamid Ahmed - department of internal medicine, infectious and fish diseases.

The best Ph.D. Thesis:

The award was given to

• Dr.Amany Farag Amin Mahmoud - Department of Cytology and Histology.
• Dr. Mohamed Abdo Mohamed department of internal medicine, infectious and fish diseases.
