Prof.Dr. Nabil Abo Heakal, Dean of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine - Mansoura University met the  members of  IVSA team (founders of Scientific Assembly), Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Mansoura University on Wednesday, December 30, 2015, to determine the activities to be undertaken by the  Association and give the matter to the faculty council to take the procedures for the establishment of the Association and the adoption of scientific and cultural activities and the exchange of students between the countries of the world.
