A professor at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine wins funding for a research project within the Egyptian-American Cooperation Program
Prof. Dr. Hazem Ramadan, Professor of Zoonoses at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, won funding for a research project from the Academy of Science, Technology and Innovation (STDF) in joint cooperation with the National Academy of Sciences (NAS) in the United States of America, within the Egyptian-American Cooperation Program, at a value of $ 400,000, equally with the research team at the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA).
The program aims to enhance joint cooperation in scientific and technological activities and fields of common interest to both countries, by providing opportunities for exchanging ideas, information, skills and technologies, and cooperation in scientific and technological fields to promote economic development.
