The college administration holds an interactive meeting with incoming students in preparation for the final exams for the second semester of the 2024-2025 academic year.
On the morning of Sunday, May 25, 2025, at the College Council headquarters, the College Administration, represented by Professor Dr. Maha Abdo Al-Ashmawy, Dean of the College; Professor Dr. Engy Fikry Risha, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs; Professor Dr. Samah Lashin, International Students Coordinator; Ms. Samah Ayman, Head of the International Students Office; and Ms. Fatima Al-Zahraa Osama, College Secretary, held an interactive meeting with international students to discuss preparations for the final exams of the second semester of the 2024-2025 academic year. The meeting aimed to discuss ways to enhance their academic and psychological readiness during the exam period and provide them with the necessary academic, psychological, and administrative support.
The meeting addressed several important topics, most notably encouraging students and raising their morale, and listening to their opinions and suggestions regarding the educational process and the study environment. This will contribute to developing the services provided to them and ensuring the smooth running of exams. The college administration affirmed its commitment to providing various forms of support to international students, including academic support by facilitating communication with faculty members and providing academic guidance; psychological support by fostering a positive spirit and managing exam stress; and administrative support, including facilitating organizational procedures, providing appropriate exam schedules, and allocating suitable study spaces.
The administration also emphasized the importance of continuing dialogue with international students, promising to follow up on the proposals submitted and implement them as part of an ongoing development plan throughout the academic year.
This meeting is part of a series of initiatives implemented by the college to foster a stimulating and inclusive educational environment, enabling international students to take their exams with confidence and stability.
