Within the framework of the activities of the series of religious awareness seminars in cooperation with Al-Azhar Sheikhdom, as part of the activities of the presidential initiative “Bidaya” under the slogan “Bidaya to Build Correct Thought”, the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine at Mansoura University organized a seminar on Tuesday, December 10, 2024, entitled “Hope and Work”, presented by His Eminence Sheikh Dr. Sameh Mohamed and His Eminence Sheikh Dr. Ahmed Abdel Salam, where they discussed the importance of hope in facing challenges and the role of hard work and insistence on success and enhancing the values ​​of positivity and ambition and encouraging young people to work hard to achieve their goals. The two lecturers also reviewed models from Islam that urge the combination of optimism and diligence.

The seminar witnessed great interaction from the students who expressed their happiness to participate in such events that enhance intellectual and cultural dialogue between them and educational and religious institutions.

These seminars are held under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Sherif Youssef Khater, President of the University, Prof. Dr. Mohamed Attia El-Bayoumi, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, and the leadership of Prof. Dr. Maha Abdo El-Ashmawy, Dean of the Faculty, and Prof. Dr. Engy Fikry Reesha, Vice Dean of the Faculty for Education and Student Affairs.
