A symposium entitled “The Impact of Climate Change on the Spread of Animal Diseases and Their Negative Effects on Livestock and Food Safety”

Within the framework of the implementation of the university’s action plan for climate change and awareness of the COP27 climate conference, the College of Veterinary Medicine organized on Monday 4/4/2022 a seminar to raise awareness of climate changes and their negative effects on livestock and food safety, entitled “The Impact of Climate Changes on the Spread of Animal Diseases and Their Negative Effects on Livestock and Safety” Under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Ashraf Abdel Basset - President of Mansoura University, Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El Meligy - Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development, Prof. Dr. Mohamed Attia Al-Bayoumi - Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, and Prof. Dr. Ashraf Tarek Hafez - Vice President The President of the University for Postgraduate Studies and Research, and the leadership of Prof. Dr. Maha Abdou Al-Ashmawy - Dean of the College of Veterinary Medicine, Prof. Dr. Sabri Al-Khodari - Vice Dean for Graduate Studies and Research, Prof. Dr. / Mohamed Gabr El-Sayed Gabr - Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development and Prof. Dr./ Engy Fikry Risha - Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs and supervised by Prof. Dr./ Mosad Salama Mandour - Vice Dean of the Faculty of Arts for Postgraduate studies and research, university coordinator for implementing climate change activities, and Prof. Dr. Fatima Mustafa Abdel Hamid Ibrahim - coordinator of the College of Veterinary Medicine for organizing climate change activities.
A lecture at the symposium was delivered by Prof. Dr. Muhammad Jabr Al-Sayed Jabr - Professor of Pharmaceuticals and Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development, and Prof. Dr. Fatma Al-Zahra Abdul Hamid Al-Gohari - Professor of Animal Health and Director of the Quality Assurance Unit at the Faculty.
