The College of Veterinary Medicine, Mansoura University had arranged a reception meeting for new college students for the academic year 2013-2014 on Tuesday, 24.09.2013 in the presence of Prof. Dr. Mohammed Ahmed Ali Youssef, Dean and Prof. Dr. Nabil Abu Heekal Sayed Ahmed, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs and Prof. Dr. Hany Marei, director of quality assurance unit, head and members of students union. During the meeting, the Dean has reviewed the goals of the collegeو work areas availableو the importance of adhering to norms and rules of university, and has motivate new students to participate in all student activities. He has also stressed on the importance of creating channels of communication between students and faculty members. The members of the students union have distributed the student guide for the academic year 2013-2014, which contains all the information needed for college students and all necessary information about the college, including the Departments, rules of admission, transfer, student support packages, student assessment systems, and others.
