During the celebration of the 15th Science Day, Mansoura University honors 75 scientists and researchers, in addition to launching the platform of the Graduate Studies Sector (Knowture)

Mansoura University honored on September 24, 2024, during the celebration of the 15th Science Day; scientists and researchers who won the State Appreciation Awards, the Encouraging Women Awards, Individual and Organization Awards, University Awards for the year 2024, the University Appreciation Award, the University Excellence Award, the University Encouragement Award, those who obtained a PhD (DSC) in Science, the best scientific department, the University Award for the best master’s thesis, the University Award for the best PhD thesis.

In the presence of Prof. Cherif Youssef Khater, President of Mansoura University, former ministers and former university presidents, former vice presidents of the university, members of the Parliament from university professors, faculty deans and vice deans directors of medical centers, and faculty members.

Prof. Cherif Youssef Khater said that the celebration of the 15th Science Day of Mansoura University aims to honor the scientists and scholars of Mansoura University who deserve our pride and honor for their tireless efforts and hard work in raising Mansoura University among the universities of Egypt and the world. The celebration also aims to encourage and honor distinguished scholars and researchers, in appreciation of their contributions and efforts in various scientific and practical fields, and the scientific and research achievements they have achieved in local and international forums, and to confirm the status of science and scholars in the Egyptian state.

Prof. Tarek Ghalwash reviewed the future vision of the graduate studies sector between reality and hope, which was the result of the efforts of the university's successive institutions and the efforts of scientists and researchers within the university, with what it has reached of a prestigious position, stressing the work of the graduate studies sector to develop a strategic vision to keep pace with the developments of the era and suit the reality. He mentioned the most important steps taken by the university, which is the establishment of a global platform for the postgraduate studies sector similar to global platforms for disseminating knowledge, scientific research, conferences and scientific research, and announced its official launch under the name (Knowture), which is a combination of knowledge and the path to the future. The platform is a digital platform specific to Mansoura University that aims to develop the higher education experience. It was launched and many lectures by scholars from Mansoura University and prestigious international universities were recorded on it. The platform aims to enhance technology and innovation, boost international and cultural communication, support the reputation of Mansoura University internationally, and facilitate communication with various universities and foreign entities by displaying lectures by professors at prestigious universities.
