Prof. Dr. Ashraf Abdel Basset, President of Mansoura University, held a meeting with the new student union council for the year 2018-2019 on 10 December, 2018 in the presence of Mr. Mohamed Abdel Latif, Assistant Secretary for Education and Student Affairs. The meeting was attended by the presidents of the university'sunion of various colleges.
At the beginning of the meeting, the members of the union Council congratulated the President of the University on the decision of his appointment to the presidency of the University, wishing him continued success and improvement on the University. The President of the University stressed that the election of the new Union Council was done in a democratic and free manner. He also referred to the University's support for the activities of the Student Union and the State's interest in youth, stressing the need to actively participate in the student activities of the Union.
